Ultimate Packing List
Hello friends!!!
In one of my last blogs I mentioned a couple of really key items I neglected to take with me on our trip to Wilmington, and how I really wanted to make a packing list template I could print out to help remind me of anything I could possibly ever need. Remember that??? :)
Well, I have been working on it for a few days now and have come up with an extensive list of items; I am adding an item here or there as I think of it, but I believe the list is pretty complete.
My travel style and travel needs vary greatly from one trip to another, so I have attempted to think of anything I have ever needed to take on a trip to ensure I would remember that item if needed.
When I am traveling for work I always take kitchen items with me including a mini rice cooker, mini blender and travel water kettle. This helps me save on eating out, but more importantly, helps me to eat a bit more normally so my stomach remains happy. I am often teaching during work trips so maintaining my regular food routine as much as possible is very important for me...and my digestion.
When we are traveling to the beach we have a whole slew of things we take with us including a beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, Bluetooth speaker, etc. We have slowly picked up most of these items during our past beach trips and they all really make the beach much more enjoyable.
When I first met my husband he had never made a packing list in his entire life, but after our first two trips where he forgot his deodorant and then his underwear he finally saw the value in a list and now usually makes on for each trip. He still is not completely thorough in his list-making, but he tries :)
In case you are interested in what is on my packing list or want to use it as a template to create your own, I created it in Google Sheets so it can be copied to your own Google Drive and edited to your specific travel needs.
I just ordered two new travel items and cannot wait to test them out! I will definitely do a review of these items once I have used them for a bit to let you know how they work in my travel life.
Thanks for reading and have a meraki day!!!
